Nothing is posted, so there is nothing to wait for. Every Steady Dog guide is a digital download that reaches you the moment your payment goes through.

• The download link appears on screen as soon as you check out
• A copy is emailed to you at the same time, so you always have it
• Your guides stay in your account and can be downloaded again any time
• Read on a phone, tablet or laptop, or print the pages you want to keep

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, it is almost always sitting in a spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, tell us and we will send it again by hand.

We would rather refund a guide than have you feel stuck with something that did not help. Get in touch within 30 days of buying, tell us briefly what was missing, and we will refund you.

You do not need to delete your copy or prove anything. The note about what was missing is genuinely just so we can write a better guide next time.

When we revise a guide, the updated version replaces the old one in your account at no extra cost. Buy it once and you have the current edition for good.
